What does “train AI on my information” mean here?
People often use this phrase to describe making an assistant answer from their material and follow their style. It does not, by itself, specify a technical training method or mean building a new AI model. In a scope discussion, clarify which sources the assistant will use, how answers will be reviewed, and how updated material will be handled.
Organize the information by the question it answers
Create a simple source list with the topic, lesson title, audience, current version, and questions it addresses. A lesson on offer design and a mentorship recording about client delivery may use similar language but answer different problems. Keeping the context attached helps you evaluate whether the right teaching is being applied.
Turn an archive into a useful knowledge set
Remove repeated introductions, outdated recommendations, and material outside the starting scope. Preserve examples, exceptions, and decision steps. For recordings, check the transcript for mistakes in names of frameworks, numbers, and important qualifications. Describe any diagram or demonstration that the transcript alone cannot explain.
Decide what should stay out
Exclude content you lack permission to use, unnecessary client details, private conversations, and information intended for a different audience. Being publicly viewable does not automatically make another creator’s material available for your AI project. Agree on content handling and access requirements before sharing source files.
Test the assistant against your teaching
Prepare ordinary questions, questions with missing context, and questions outside the approved knowledge. Record what a good answer should include and when it should refer to a human. Review those answers before launch and again when you change the underlying lessons.
What should you bring to InfoClone?
Bring a description of your audience, one clear use case, a source inventory, and a few representative questions. The initial discussion establishes fit, the content to include, review expectations, and the requested client experience. Supported file formats, integrations, costs, and delivery timing are confirmed during scoping.
