Keep the learning moving between sessions.

An AI assistant for a course or mentorship can help learners ask questions about approved lessons and think through how to apply a framework. Start with a specific learner need, then define the material, boundaries, and human support that belong around it.

For a course: connect the question to the lesson

A student may know a concept but struggle to apply it. Organize the knowledge by module, learning objective, and prerequisite so an answer can stay within the course’s approach. For example, a question about positioning should be considered in the context of the audience and offer work the course has already introduced.

For mentorship: support preparation and reflection

Between sessions, an assistant can be scoped to help members revisit your frameworks, prepare questions, or reflect on the steps you teach. It should not pretend to know what happened in a private session. Define what information is available and when a member should bring the issue back to the mentor.

For a coaching program: keep the advice in context

A multi-stage program may give different guidance to beginners and advanced clients. Tag material by stage and make clear which questions require more context before an answer. Review examples where a learner asks for an advanced tactic before completing a foundational step.

Define access before offering it to members

Decide who the assistant is for, which material belongs in that experience, and whether access is bundled with a program or scoped as a separate offer. Discuss any membership-system integration and access requirements during project planning. Do not assume an assistant connected to one course should expose every program you sell.

Evaluate learning support, not just conversation volume

Review whether the answer helps the learner identify the relevant framework and a sensible next step. Look for repeated confusion, unsupported statements, and situations that need human follow-up. A high number of messages alone does not show that students understand or apply the teaching.
